This multimedia antenna socket has 2 outputs: F socket with 5-1800 MHz e.g. for a cable modem and coaxial plug 258-862 MHz, e.g. for the TV. The F connector and coaxial cable connections are broadband and also broadband return channel suitable - for cable internet of the latest generations DOCSIS 3.1/4.0. It fits a standard 2-hole cover from your switch area program. This premium-line box allows quick and safe installation in flush-mounted or hollow wall boxes, with additional surface-mounted frame almost anywhere. For convenient access during cable installation, the connection cover is highly flexible and can be opened wide. The cable feed is rounded, which protects against unwanted bending of the coaxial cable. The outer jacket is clamped and thus receives safe strain relief. The inner conductor is also clamped and thus remains intact - unlike with screws. All Axing premium line cans have the same stripping size of 8/13 mm. To suppress interference into the coaxial cable network, the socket is particularly highly shielded according to class A (+10 dB). With the use of this high-quality antenna socket, a future-proof and state-of-the-art installation is ensured. The variant through socket has both an input for the coaxial cable and an output. An additional socket can be connected at the output. The choice of decoupling damping depends on the calculation of the cable network. Usually high output attenuation cans are used close to the signal source. And at the end of the cable path cans with low attenuation.
