I purchased this about 15 years ago and have stored it on my bookshelf at home.
I've only opened it a few times for reference.

There is a pencil price written by the store on the upper right of the cover (see photo 2).
Other than that, it is clean with no creases, writing, or signs of use, but please forgive any oversights.
