Waist flat almost 13 in.
Straps are adjustable with 3 different lengths to choose from. It's on the shortest length now at 48 in. Length. You can make it almost 3 inches longer if you wanted with the adjustable straps.
Fully Lined.
I think it originally had a sash. No sash though.
Condition is Very Good Vintage Condition.
I do think the lace at arm pit is not as bright as the other white. It is not bad. I have not treated. Other than that this dress is in Great Vibrant Condition! See all pics.
