Vintage NE exquisitely detailed large Flower Brooch! Artist signed piece-late 1920s by (NE) New England Glassworks Co. Gold w/ black! Excellent condition! RARE LRG SZ!
NE was known for making exquisitely, detailed art deco costume jewelry using pot metal, enamel & glass. Focused on metal/enamel flower pieces early on, as well as filigreed pieces w/ glass stones.
Their pieces were & still are highly sought after & can be quite pricey! Authentic pieces generally range from $65 for smaller items up to over $200 for larger, more detailed pieces. (Several examples of their pieces are shown in the last few pics)!
